Steve Igbinose is the founding Director and shareholder of the company 'Moss Petroleum
International Nigeria Limited', and has played a key role in the development of the company
since its formation in 2008. Steve has an extensive business background and is well
respected by the community in Koko, Nigeria, and he is looking forward to creating his own
charity organization.

Executive Director

Dr Karim M.S. Al-Zubaidi
PhD, B.Sc Community Medical Consultant.
Dr Karim is a qualified medical scientist
and also a senior lecturer and Professor
of Biochemistry. Dr Karim has previous experience in setting up medical clinics.

Non Executive Director
Akmal Hanuk is the Chief Executive of IBFC-UK, Islamic Banling and Finance Centre. He is also the Vice Chair at the Welsh Refugee Council and a member of the Cardiff School of Management.
Mr James.I. Ode
Administrative Officer for Moss Petroleum Nigeria Limited and Public Relation Officer.
He has gained numerous qualifications ranging from an OND and HND in business Administration. He also has a Diploma in computer desktop publishing and graphic design. He has also contributed in the development of highly classified hotels in Nigeria with design strategies, development of business plan as well as staff planning whilst ensuring the highest standards of professional service. His objective whilst working with Moss Petroleum is to maintain and manage the stability for sound performance with the organisation.

She has a BSC in plant science and

As a customer relationship officer with Access Bank plc. She is hardworking and dedicated to achieving maximum results on projects. Her duty is to maintain a close link and inform the chief executive of all issues to effect the organisation
Mr. Joao Adalberto Bresolin, Executive Director
Head of Information and Projects Developments, and also a co-founder of various business companies in Brazil in an area of constructions, as President of Construction Breso Ltd., Madeireira Petrololis Company Ltd., social member of Aventi Energy, Executive Member of Tecno Imports for projects with Energy Eolic.
His skill of input with Moss Petroleum is to developed sophisticated worldwide information as regards to Oil and Gas that will enhance the company growth in the global market.
Adesina, Ajayi Kolade
Has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Imo State University, Advance Dip. In Banking and Finance from University of Benin. He obtained Master degree (MBA) from Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba. Akoko in Ondo State, he is an Associate member of Chartered Institute of Accountant of Nigeria and Associate member of Chartered institute Bankers of Nigeria and Associate member of Nigeria Institute of Management. He worked with First Bank of Nigeria Ltd. for over 25 years. He retired as Business Manager of First Bank of Nigeria Ltd, Benin Sapele Road Branch. His major interests include investment management, Budgetary Control and Marketing. He beliefs in Financial Discipline.
